I have the necessary real world engineering experience and technical expertise you require. I come from a background that is steeped in hands-on knowledge. I know how the control industry is being designed today, and how it needs to progress in the future.
With over 22 years in the oil and gas industry, I feel I am uniquely qualified to provide professional guidance on all aspects of Instrumentation/Automation. As a current sitting member of the North American ISA84 Safety Instrumented System approval committee, I am one of the few Canadian participants involved.
I have ten years of experience in the construction/commissioning area, and 10 years of Engineering and Design of all types of industrial facilities. HAZOP/LOPA/SIS experience and training to help with successful project execution, as well as numerous fire and gas engineering related courses.
In terms of qualifications, I was the first in Canada to be awarded the ISA84 SIS Expert designation, and currently hold my ASET Professional Technologist Engineering Licence.
